Twice recently ,we have had lighting failures one of which lasted from Friday to Monday. There are no windows on any staircase or landings. In order to be as prepared as possible for the needs of everyone, the emergency plan must consider those persons needing extra assistance, as well as the responders assisting them. The people who would find this document useful are those who develop fire evacuation plans for building occupants (i.e., building owners, building managers, fire protection engineers, fire marshals, etc.) .
