Samsung tv standby light keeps flashing

My Samsung TV red light keeps flashing ! Have changed out the main board twice, checked all cables and wires, all capacitors look OK. The LED indicators on your Samsung TV come on when something needs attention. Understand the language of the blinking Standby light to troubleshoot and complete the fastest repair.


The quickest way to test is by disconnecting the main board from the power supply boar plug in the power supply boar after that you should see some lights.

The TV when plugged in, will have the standby red light on solid.

Solved: I need help with my Sony TV. I left the room and came back and no picture. The red flashing light keeps going on and off. Cannot turn on manually or with remote.


Red light flashes in left corner. In reply to: Indicators on DLP. TV would not turn off by remote or front-pannel stand-by button. Plugged in and re-starte and the TV screen would not come on. Standby light comes on, then disapears when power button is pressed.


TV will still not turn off by . TV does not react to the remote. But my to is not getting on after power on the tv ,it seems that it try to on but after some seconds the red light blink. Samsung Service menu code to factory reset TV - Duration: 3:11.

I wish Samsung could tell us what this means!
